Excellent service
The service throughout the process has been excellent. Jane Mckernan has been absolutely excellent helping us to buy our house in France together with Rupert Johnson who worked together with Jane in making our dream home possible. We felt that both went above and beyond to make this possible.
We can’t thank them enough for the help and support they have given us.

Service beyond our expectations
Selling a French house whilst in England was made very strait forward by our agent her work was outstanding from organising surveys and managing compliance tests on heating systems and finding trades to carry out required actions. Communication was excellent and responsive we could not have been better supported

Brilliant communication
We have been working with Ann McCarthy purchasing our property in La Porcherie. Ann has been an absolute star throughout the whole process. She has been friendly and helpful from our first meeting in June when we first viewed the property. No question is too silly and her communication and feedback is both timely and informative. We live in Australia and the time difference was no obstacle for the process. I’m delighted to say that we signed for the property on Thursday the 11th September. The video conference link failed but Ann saved the day with her WhatsApp. Ann continues to guide us with setting up the appropriate utilities for our new home and providing local knowledge for which we will be eternally grateful.
We have learned so much about the whole process of purchasing a property in France and have been fully supported from start to finish. We cannot praise, commend and recommend Ann enough and we look forward to moving in day in October.
